You have all made an incredible number of changes to your practices this year. Incredible!
The risk of not changing became greater and we saw rapid change like we’ve never seen before.
Telehealth, sneeze screens, car park flu clinics…so many new innovative approaches, so many new protocols written. So much technology change!

Are your changes improving your practice? Keeping people well?

Many of you have told us that a lot of your recent changes have been improvements.
Telehealth has been an improvement. Or has it?
Can we improve something if we aren’t measuring it?

How well did your practice cope in this pandemic?

  • How effective was your ‘Pandemic Response Plan’?
  • What changes were an improvement?
  • What improvements will help you be a sustainable practice of the digital future?
  • Do your patients see the value in your preventive healthcare services?
  • Do your patients understand the benefits of continuity of care?
  • Would your patients choose to now ‘enrol’ with you as their regular healthcare providers?

Your data can inform you as to your at risk populations. Now is the time to use your technology well to support you in efficiently contacting patients and implementing a systematic approach to prevention.
Let’s talk about continuing quality improvements!

Let’s share what’s working well, support each other and let’s keep our patients well and engaged with you and your practice.

WEBINARS

We have now presented 38 webinars since March,  for 2640 incredible practice staff. Thank you for sharing what’s working well and sharing your challenges.
We will of course continue to bring you what’s new, like #ePrescriptions, ingredient prescribing, #securemessaging and voluntary patient enrolments. In what feels like a hopeful new era, we also return to a focus on ‘Quality Improvements’.
