What’s your word for 2021?
I couldn’t quite decide between ‘insane’ or ‘worse’. But as I reflect the thing I keep coming back to about this year is the value of supportive people – TEAM!
We’ve come together to run vaccine clinics, care for patients, we’ve joined forces and learnt together when the only constant was change. We’ve struggled together, shared and powered on together. As 2021 ends I just feel incredibly grateful to you all.
💓 Thank you to all our #TrainITMedical clients, so many of whom have been with us for many years and have continued to hire us in these challenging years. We are grateful not only for your support of us but for how hard we see you work to provide the wonderful care you do for so many in need. Train IT Medical started 15 years ago to support you and that remains our no. 1 goal.

You have all held me up through one of the worst years of my life. We did extraordinary work together, many important projects, many webinars, worked side by side in practices and used every bit of our 160 years collective experience in healthcare.
Not only are you the best in your respective fields – practice nurses, practice managers, allied health professionals and educators, you are all exceptional humans. The love and respect I have for you all is above and beyond and I will be forever grateful. Thank you for being on my team, you are the best of the best!
As we end this year – Daniel and I rather quietly as we are providing in-home Covid care – my new year wish is that we will all be able to be in the same place together at some stage – to celebrate truly extraordinary achievements in extraordinary times.
My new year wish for everyone is that you stay strong, stay healthy and know you are supported.
We are in this together and together everyone achieves more.
