Medical Director has had some major changes with the release of version 3.14.

It’s a great time to reassess your practice document management protocol and perhaps implement some quality improvements now we have more options available.

  1. Develop an understanding of the new Correspondence Management area in MD3.14a.
  2. Use filters to quickly access relevant patient information.
  3. Import and scan directly into the Holding File or directly into the patient record.
  4. Design an effective Correspondence Management Practice Protocol.
  5. Update patient records from the Holding File.
  6. Add patient recalls from the Holding File.
  7. Change file location of correspondence.
  8. View and follow-up actioned correspondence.

What do you need to attend?

  • a computer with internet access
  • telephone (preferably speakerphone if multiple staff attending) or computer headset and microphone
  • an email address to receive the link to logon to the Webinar
