Yes, we have manuals. 

One of the most asked questions in any training course is if there is a manual or ‘notes’. A huge percentage of the adult population use notes to learn from or refer to.  To meet this valid need we have written manuals for both Medical Director and PracSoft.  They include lots of handy practice management tips gained from time spent in a large variety of medical practices and seeing first hand what works well and what doesn't.

Our manuals are written as learning guides, rather than traditional software 'user manuals' which are too often complex and unhelpful.  They are easy to follow and will help you to quickly master each particular function.  This is because we are not purely an IT company; we are medical practice staff and experienced adult educators.  We have expertise in both the development of learning programs and resources as well as actually using the product in the environment for which it was created.  We don’t just talk the talk; we understand your unique world and this is reflected in the practicality of our guides.  We know the complexities of patient management, clinical data management and practice management. 

A modern environment brings modern options.  Our manuals can be paperless (electronic copy) or we can print and bind an attractive colour manual (hard copy).  How about one of each?  You could then save a copy of the manual on each computer in your practice and other staff can print relevant pages or sections as needed.
